Roles and Responsibilities for the post
- The applicant need to do Selling of bank’s and third party products to new customers.
- The applicant need to conduct marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
- The applicant need to Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN etc.).
- Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
- The applicant need to do daily entry of interaction with customers in bank’s CRM system.
- The applicant role is to follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
- The applicant need to Participate & follow all initiatives that are being undertaken by the bank from time to time
Skills Required for the role
- The following are the role proficiency that are required for the candidate
- The applicant should have a Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- The applicant here need to have Excellent lead production and modification skill
- The applicant should have the capability to retain pressure and confront deadlines
- The applicant need to have the capability to work successfully as a part of a committee
- The applicant need to have High sales exposure to fulfill the sales targets invariably
- The applicant need to be Ready to travel locally for meeting consumers during sales calls.
- The applicant Should have similar mobile device with a required Android/ iOS version
