Bain & Company is one of an American management consulting corporation.The company's headquartered is located at Boston, Massachusetts. The corporation supplies advice to public, private, & non-profit organizations. One of the Big Three management consultancies, Bain & Company was founded in 1973 by former Group Vice President of Boston Consulting Group Bill Bain and his colleagues, including Patrick F. Graham. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, the firm grew rapidly. Together, they help their customers solve their toughest business problems and provide strategic advantage fueled by design, technology and analytics.
Joining ADAPT is a sensational opportunity to create a new and critical ability at Bain. You will work closely with the global ADAPT administration and the regional Digital, IT, Advanced Analytics, and Results Delivery practice teams. You will be a member of Bain’s Technology and Analytics Group.
Roles And Responsibilities for Lead Innovation
As a Manager,or Lead Innovation on ADAPT, the applicant need the following roles and responsibilities
1.The applicant here need to Play a key role which is in complicated cross-functional procedure management and project delivery to assure that ADAPT provides its contribution to the customer successfully
2.The applicant role is to help ensure that ADAPT is successful at delivering high impact results
3.The applicant desire to help deal with cross functional project and team workstreams; help specify, prioritize, and execute on highest value add activities
4.The applicant want to Exercise impact to help broker ADAPT capacities with Bain case committee and customer committee to deliver on business need
5.The applicant role is to Consistently help build alignment on case emphases and backlog; enable seamless relationship with case team
6.The applicant role is to Effectively collaborate with, co-create with, and influence multiple stakeholders (case team, client team, experts, outside partners), with capacity to convince and drive decisions through visual story telling
7.The applicant need to Establish promoters for Bain and for ADAPT at all levels of the client; build reference-able results stories & experiences .
Skills And Qualification Required for the post
1.The applicant should be Passion for delivering high-impact customer results in a fast-paced, developing environment. Experience working in startups and other entrepreneurial environments.
2.The applicant should be able to speak fluently to the technical aspects and architecture of any software you helped to create.
3.The applicant should have a good Experience and/or knowledge of design thinking principles and directing or facilitating workshops to cultivate design thinking creation process.
4.The applicant should be Agile project management experience and familiarity with Scrum.
5.The applicant should have the capacity to quickly consume and interpret technical information. Fluency with modern aim and development principles.
6.The applicant should have the capability to manage cross functional/inter-disciplinary teams encompassing product designers, software engineers, and data engineers
7.The applicant should have tht Ability to manage and align a team of multiple stakeholders including expert practitioners, client teams, case teams, third-party vendors, and other collaborators.
8.The applicant should be Extremely important to be able to summarize Bain manufacturing and delivery process into ADAPT terms and vice versa.
9.The applicant should be Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional agility, able to interface across any level of Bain and customer organization.
10.The applicant should have Strong alignme
nt with Bain operating principles.
11.MBA preferred.
