Roles and Responsibilities
1.The applicant applying for the post need to be an integral part of teams assigned as Dedicated teams for US audit engagement teams
2.The applicant need to be Demonstrate understanding and should have knowledge of industry specific audit procedures
3.The applicant should able to ensure that the work is conducted with high quality and finalized within agreed turnaround time
4.The applicant need to be Timely raise any issues identified to the GDC Seniors, Managers and ET so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted
5.The applicant here need to supply clarifications, train and mentor junior associates on a timely basis on industry specific audit and accounting knowledge and client particular matters on audit work papers
6.The applicant need to Indicate critical thinking in comprehending audit issues and confidence to solve problems
7.The applicant role is to Plan & govern the work in such a way that the Quality and Efficiency are not impacted on the deliverables
Interact and seek clarifications from US rotationals and ET points of contact
8.Understand and capture comments during Quality and Risk Management team (QRM) survey and from ET to furnish acknowledgment to junior associates
9.Work on improvement in audit work papers based on ET feedback
10.Adopt data and technology enabled approach for fund audits, and demonstrate continuous improvement mindset to enhance audit processes
11.Be aggressive and indulge in self learning of the concepts of Investment Management, share knowledge with committee members
12.Contribute in firm’s strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs.
Skills And Qualification Required
1.The applicant need to be Qualified CA/US CPA/CMA/ACCA/CFA (Intl) & minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Finance & Accounting with first division (60%)
2.The applicant should possess 0 – 1 year of post qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a mid-size or a Big 4 company in case of CA .
3.The candidate should have relevant experience of at least 2 years in case of possessing certifications other than CA
4.The candidate should possess Experience with Big 4/leading Audit companies or their budgeted assistance center would be preferred
Technical Skills
▪️Applicant should have Audit & accounting knowledge focusing on Asset Management
▪️Applicant should have Strong analytical skills, especially working with data
▪️Applicant should have a good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)
▪️Applicant should possess Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written).
