Job Description  for the post of HR COIMPLIANCE INTERN 


The primary responsibility of the HR Compliance Intern is to work closely with the HR Compliance Analyst and inner legal counsel to educate digital and physical copies of faculty certificates for transfer on a global scale by country. This job is highly responsible clerical and administrative work employing a centralized global record filing system. An employee here is allocated to this class of work which conducts complex clerical duties which implicate independent judgment based on knowledge of employment records policies and procedures. Work involves auditing records, filing records, retrieving records and disposition of records. Work also includes managing records on one main record system, Onbase/Iron Mountain & occasionally working with other minor titles of policies as well.




Roles And Responsibilities for the post of HR COIMPLIANCE INTERN 


1.The applicant need to Assist with attaining responsibility of all mandatory job documents by country by conducting audits.

2.The applicant role is to Work nearly with the HR Compliance Analyst and inner legal counsel in the determination of retention and disposition policies for all global personnel records (both physical and digital) by country.

3.The applicant is to Work with the HR Compliance Analyst and additional stakeholders in formulating a Personnel File Transfer of Records Plan by country.  

4.The applicant need to Prepare for the transfer of digital and physical copies of personnel records which include but not limited to full audit of personnel records by nation; classifying records by classification categories; tracking and specifying missing certificates; other tasks related to the preparation for physical shipment or digital transfer.

5.The applicant need to role is to furnish advice to faculty who are involved in the packing or preparing records for storage.

6.The applicant role is to make judgments about who can access certificates founded on retaining a high level of confidentiality and security management.

7.The applicant need to furnish advice to departmental personnel in titles related problems, inquiries, and faculty certificates tracking updates.

8.The applicant need to Work with Records Management team to assure reasonable treatment of all material. Records Management will rely on the expertise of the Personnel 

9.The applicant need to Records Coordinator for all certificates dealing and supervision problems.

10.The applicant need to review the records that are scheduled for disposition. Dispositioning of the records will require legal approval and HR 

11.The applicant need to Compliance Analyst that close guidance to assure that all the certificates scheduled is no longer needed and is eligible for disposition.

2.The applicant should Understands data confidentiality principles and follows them diligently

3.The applicant should have to basic Experience with web-based record keeping systems.

4.The applicant should have the Experience in the use of computers and computer software programs to include Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint

5.Capabilities to do exercise through independent judgment and able to make decisions with limited direction and guidance.

6.The applicant should have the capacity to communicate concisely and clearly which is both orally and in writing.

7.The applicant should be Highly organized and also a multitasker who can works well in a fast-paced environment

8.Here the applicant should possess the capability so that he/ she can plan, organize, set priorities, and accomplish the tasks with minimal supervision.

9.The applicant should have the capability to maintain and establish good working relationships with administrators, clients, and other business partners.
