The applicant as Compliance Associate need to supply oversight and maintenance of employee securities trading categories, restricted lists, and exempted securities in the FIS Protegent PTA platform
The applicant need to do research securities, such as accepted equities, bonds, and mutual funds, for assignment to limited lists
The applicant need to handle daily monitoring of employee exchanges, including pre & post trade clearance, statement review, and account maintenance
The applicant need to handle books and records relating to the Securities Trade Monitoring Unit
The applicant nedd to Specify and conduct investigations for potential exceptions
The applicant need to Analyze data to produce ongoing reviews and reports
The applicant need to React to queries from employees
The applicant need to supply advice and guidance to monitored employees and Compliance committees related to the Moody’s Securities Trading Program
Help in other compliance assignments as required to ensure team objectives are achieved
Roles And Responsibilities for Research Associate
The applicant as a Research Associate need to Support the onshore MIS Research team’s undertakings in various research report preparation activities including Moody’s corporation profiles and sector reports.
The applicant here have to do Research and analyse sectors, companies, market/regulatory developments and report on financial performance to benefit credit analysis
The applicant need to to Leverage Moody’s technology equipments and databases to establish and update the reports and other templates
The applicant as a Research Associate need to Interact with global MIS Research teams in funding high quality research products, including receiving, review and analysing data and other reports as well as organizing responses on data investigation/issues as necessary
The applicant need Facilitate publication of data-driven and other announcements via Moody’s Content Management System tool
