Roles And Responsibilities for the post of Operational Analyst
The applicant here need to be part of the squad that own & execute on the production processes for multinational customers on the Morningstar Publishing System & some of the additional internal applications.
The applicant need to build a thorough ownership & by understanding of the product, process, and the customers one serves.
The applicant need to Assure the quality of the incoming & outgoing data to the Morningstar Publishing System.
The applicant role is to Work with external & internal project stakeholders to assure the content of the produced publications match the expected requirements.
The candidate need to Work on preparing various reports on Morningstar Direct.
The applicant role is to Work close to the data their teams globally so that they can coordinate and assist with ensuring data availability for our live clients.
The applicant need to Identify opportunities for improving their operational efficiency and by reducing operational risk through the automation of operational tasks and/or improvement of existing processes.
The applicant role is to Keep documentation of the data processes up to date, & proactively ensure that the operation risks are kept at a minimum.
The applicant must Work close to it's technology team so that they can assist with new feature releases in the software product.
The applicant can Kindly note their shifts that will be rotational and as per business requirement
Qualification and Skills Required for the post
The applicant applying for the post should be demonstrate by a significant degree of experience in project and implementation management with the capability to handle it's multiple projects in various stages of its lifecycle.
The applicant should be in-depth knowledge of Mutual funds and possess a good knowledge of various other financial products available in domestic as well as in International financial markets.
The applicant must be well versed with the basic understanding of financial terms and financial concepts.
The applicant should have proven track record of handling so that they can client projects with contractual timelines and scope.
The applicant should have curiosity to learn new software and technical concepts
The applicant have Knowledge of Morningstar Direct basics will be a value add.
The applicant should have strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
The applicant should be Proven capability to build effective working relationships with both local & international stakeholders that includes the capabilities to build rapport and establish trust.
The candidate should have Ease in dealing with ambiguity; capability to develop focus & keep the team on track.
The applicant should be Educated to degree level, an advanced degree is a plus.
The applicant should possess Minimum 1 years of experience in
Finance domain (Mutual Fund/Capital Market/Financial Analysis)
